Deadlift Focus - Sumo plus accessories

1. Sumo Rack Pulls - 5x8 (set the rack in a position that allows for maintaining a very vertical torso)

2. Wide Stance Goblet Squats - 4x6 w/ two count pause at the bottom

3. Kossack Squats - 3x10 - Front rack kettlebells or high bar barbell

4. Wide Grip Seated Rows 4x8 

       Superset: Cable straight arm pull-downs (rope attachment to cable machine)

5. Dumbbell Hammer Curls 5x10

       Superset: Suitcase carries - heavy dumbbell or kettlebell - one lap per arm between sets of curls
