2. Wide Grip Bench 4x7 (2-3 reps in reserve at end of first three sets, max effort last set)

3. Kettlebell Single Leg RDL 4x8 per side

4. Kettlebell Shoulder Press 4x8 per side

5. Lunge with Single Arm Row 4x8 per side

6. Ab Roll Outs 2x10 / 1x Max Effort
