Life does not get easier or more forgiving, we get stronger and more resilient.

What exactly is Online Fitness Coaching??

What does online coaching feel like?

1. It feels like having an expert coach in your pocket!

2. It creates confidence that each workout has a purpose

3. It creates peace of mind in the confusing world of fitness

4. It allows you to shut your brain off a little bit (thank goodness) and just work hard.

How does online coaching work?

1. Everything is delivered via the app CoachRx, which includes demo videos for all exercises, a chat function, ability to upload your own videos of all exercises for form check/questions and you can comment on any/all exercises with feedback/questions.

2. Number of workouts per week is totally up to your coach, there is no limit to how many sessions you fet each each week, as long as we agree on what's needed to achieve your specific goals.

3. Weekly Readiness checks are also incorporated. Every week in CoachRx, there will be a short questionnaire for you to complete asking about stress, sleep, nutrition and anything happening in your life that we need to account for in training (travel, out of town guests, working overtime, etc. - You plan is truly tailored to what you have going on in your life.
